Pearlberry

I bought a Pearlberry frag about 6 weeks ago and its all brown and looks died. Its my only coral hurting right now. It looks to have some algae stuck on the tips. I dont have any good pics, but does anyone have any suggestions if I should try to remove the algae somehow. When I got it a small piece broke off and that tiny piece is suprislying doing well, its just the main frag that is having issues. Any suggestions would be great.

I would nip the dead tips off. IMO its easier for the coral to heal over that way. Why do you think its not doing well? Was it healthy when you got it ?

Pearlberry is very sensitive but I think with the condition that your tank is in, it will recovered, just be patience. Nip the tips off like Grant said and it will heal over.
