LOL cully!

Smallest acan frag i've ever owned.(this one is a not so good pic)

Question 1: I'm guessing they'll be ok.
Question 2: All Euphyllia tentacles sting me personally. Mine hardly ever put out sweepers.

Thanks for the answers mel. guess no new zoos will be going near my hammers then. :(

Last pic: Older FTS... none of the newer acans in this pic

New one coming as soon as i get ahold of another 10 lbs of LR. The island look is getting old... and im literally running out of rock room. (and sand clutter is a pet peeve of mine)

wow the colors!

that is some sweet set up!

maybe you could extend the island w/ acyrlic rods in a "Bonsai type" of stack

Thanks!

The stack is kept low to allow proper coral growth. After a year, or two I hope the corals will fill in the top portion of the rock-work.

I've since added a few easy SPS to the tank to try and achieve the "Extended bonsai look" using corals instead of more rocks. (I've also moved rocks around to create an arch... instead of the old mound that was there before)

SRY its an LED shot, but I hope the branching type corals will grow into cool shapes. also the plugs will be short lived... i left em there to help corals settle in without ripping them off.
