Peppermint Shrimp

Just a few minutes ago i was watching my tank an i said im seieng things,..then it floated by again..it was a baby peppermint shrinp...the size of my lil fingernail..so i called BIGb an he told me to get a pic of it.. ok so i go an grab my camera , just as i was turning it on waiting for it to float by again there it is..i go to take a pic of it an woudent ya know it..DEAD batteries...so now i got new batteries an waiting on him.. he prolly woant show up again..
but im waiting...hehehe

I have put no effort into rasing them, (but I feed them.....to my fish )

Look how small they are, thats a regular bic ball point pen, you can't even see the black sleeve that comes after the gold one. they are very small!

i need a bigger pic to make sure thats what i was seeing .. or it was a huge brine shrimp...

Oh yes, mine used to do that before the male died. Now, they don't do it at all. FWIW, it could have been a Mysid Shrimp (AKA Opossum Shrimp)

I'm not trying to burst your bubble there, Scott. It very well could be a Peppermint Shrimp.
