PER clowns, will they pair?

I have had 2 per clowns in my tank for close to 3months. Both were purchased at the same lfs but were in different tanks. When I first put them in, they seems to like each other and swam around the tank together. Now the dominant clown swims around the tank while the smaller remains in the upper left corner. The fish do not fight. Sometimes the dominant clown will rush the other and it will submit -this doesn't happen very often.

Are they going to pair eventually? How long could it take? If they do not pair, is one destined to die?

If the one smaller is still small enough to be male, should be fine, and that is what I'd guess or usually the female would not leave it alone until it's dead.
So unless there is excessive fin tearing, just be patient.

They sound like a pair,Normal to me.I think the male will come down sooner or later.It takes time.
