How old does the male have to be to fertilize eggs.I think my female is laying eggs regularly. But have never seen him fert. them.He is still growing out his third stripe on his tail.And, with her being wild caught and him being captive breed play a role in this?
Oh I plan on it .I get so excited when I see her swell up like a bass!!The eggs seem to stay for awhile weeks or so Is that normal?They dont get washed away,eaten? They where love at first sight very little fighting maybe one day.Hosted togther ever since
It is not feather dusters or such.I have seen her deposit these.I just cant seem to get a clear picture sorry.Its in a hard spot to see,in the center of a Frogspawn.
