I introduced a second perc into my 75g maybe 2-3 months ago. Clownfish A(old perc) immediately became submissive to Clownfish B(new perc). Within the first couple of days Clown B would chase Clown A all around the tank. A couple weeks later they seem to get along fine. They would swim together every now and then, the only thing i noticed was Clown B would chase Clown A away from food when feeding. Also, they would host the same anenome but Clown A would never sleep in it, Clown B did.
Now, 2 days ago, the rolls completely switched. Clown A is being dominant and Clown B submissive. Clown A has been chasing Clown B almost non-stop on day 1. Now Clown B has found refuge in the corner of my tank. The chasing has subsided and it looks like every now and the Clown A will go to the corner where Clown B is and just swim next to him.
Are they still trying to figure out whos going to be what? Or are they just not going to get along?
