Percula clown with bubble lip

Hi fellow FMAS crew - I just joined the group a few weeks ago and attended last months meeting and really enjoyed it.
Does anyone have any suggestions for what to do with my male clown - he has a white bubble that has developed and gotten larger over the past 2 months. He's still eating, which is a good sign. Please see the linked images below.

Hard to tell from the pictures, but they dont look healthy, even besides the lip. It looks like a fungal infection on the lip, but they also look like they are dealing with Brook, or velvet. Can you get a smaller, or more detailed picture?
