percula clowns acting weird

i have had this clowns the bigger for 4 months the smaller one for 3 and every time they get close to each other the smaller one start shaking and it get side ways,also they dont host the anemone just one sometimes the other host some tall pink zoos

Mine did that too, I think (my opinion) this is natural behaviour for when they are trying to pair up. The little one is sorta saying, yea, you're the boss. I noticed it happen a few times and then they bonded and are quite happy with eachother now. I wouldn't worry
