i thought i purchased my single lady perc a nice christmas present, now it turns out the new guy has tiny white spots on it and does not eat. i did some research, came up with marine ich and its treament with copper/ formalin.
my questions now are - will my other fish (precious perc/ lawnmower blenny) get it too - do i have to treat him/ them immediatly and has anyone here won the battle and could point out how and any pitfalls/advices as i read up alot about treatment but nothing about success.
so far he is doing well, has not yet eaten after 24 hours in tank but still chasing food to then turn down on it when its close to his mouth, having tried frozen mysis, flakes, pellets and cyclopeeze.
