Perculas eggs

Mine seem to be protecting eggs (little orange things)

Will they hatch in normal mixed reef? Assuming answer is yes, is there a way to keep them alive?

There is a Sailfin Tang, serpent star and banded shrimp in tank.

Tank is well established 90 gallon with DSB and 8 zillion pods and such. Standard overflow box.

most likely no in a reef envorinment. And second i would suggest buying joyce wilkersons Clownfish book.

They will hatch, but not survive. They will get sucked into the pumps and/or become fish and coral food.
