perfecto tank bracing question.

I just got a 75 gal off C/L for 75, seemed like a good deal. But when I got home I noticed all corners of the bracing was cracked pretty bad, top and bottom trim. For piece of mind I want to replace them. I don't mind euro bracing but the bottom trim needs replaced too. What is the best route for me to replace the trim and get some structural integrity out of this tank?

Glass outside dimensions are exactly 48 x18. I also think it is a perfecto by the stickers I found.

Thank you everyone.

I must say, if a tank has been abused to the point that all the corners are cracked I'd be loath to use it!

I had the same problem on my second tank a couple of years ago so I'ed the local tank builder do a rebuild.
A year ago a friend bought a 2nd hand tank with also a weak join, I gave him a hand to rebuild it completely.
There are heaps of demos on u-tube. All you need is very clean glass, marine silicone & a extra pair of hands.
Once done you're have peace of mind. Consider at least?

If you can't get new trim, I have used Aluminum angle to fabricate new bracing. Way stronger and if you hit it with a dishwashing scrubbing pad, it looks nice as well.
