Peristaltic pump kill rotifers?

I am purchasing a guy's large system and it comes with two of the aqua medic phytoplankton reactors. My goal is to use these to grow phyto to feed the rotifers. I have seen people set ups that use these pumps to transport the rotifers to the tank but I am concerned that the rolling action would crush some or a lot of them.

Am I over thinking it and will the loss of life be minimal?

Also about how long would you suspect the rotifers to survive in the the tube from the reactor to the tank? I do not plan for them to be in the tube in travel over 24 hrs.

I use a medical enteral feeding pump, but it's probably similar. Tiny rots would get through the rollers easy. No oxygen inside, though.

I doubt it would have any affect on them at all. They are so small in comparison they probably would not even notice. Similair with copepods and return pumps or IME one day a clownfish and an eheim. (clownfish was smaller, but 6 years later still good)
