I found this little guy being zapped by my plate coral. Took it out and snapped a quick pic. Still in the sample cup.
Dangerous? What is it?
Acros are looking good and coloration is getting better by the day. Fish dont look off aside from a little bit of ich on my powder blue due to a lack of seaweed being fed.

Killed it in ethanol. WI keep an eye out on my tank health. I also feel like its a predatory flat worm based on some searching around. Thanks Danny.

That looks like a spotted lettuce nudi.

Yes, it is a polyclad flatworm. They eat snails and clams.

The nudis have a ruffled edge while the polyclads had a flat edge.

Well I did put in several lettuce nudis in my tank when it had an algae problem. But that was more than 7 months ago and I did not see them after 10th of adding them to my tank. My current tank started with dry rock. Maybe my quarantining and inspection was off? My last addition was about 3 months ago.

Interesting. I guess it depends on the overall body structure. The OPs pic looks like a FW, but I guess it could be that?

If you put them in the tank they're more than likely still there.

I put nudis in mine to eat aptasia. I didn't see them for a long time. Could've sworn they're all dead. But every not and then, I see one grazing. It's been about 5-6mo
