Hello,
I have small snails all over my tank
Are this snails going to grow, or this is an adult species?
Most of them are suicidal, they are escaping tank ...
Size is about 2mm, here is the picture:
They look like a species of nerite to me. They are notorious for climbing out of tanks because that's what they do in the wild. They are found in inter-tidal zones where they will climb out of the water and congregate on the rocks.
Edit: They will grow and some species get to the size of a nickle. You may see a boom in population and then die off do to lack of food. This is normal as the snail population will regulate itself based on the amount of food.
They look like Collonista snails to me. This is a harmless grazer that's known to hitchhike their way into our tanks on live rock, corals etc. They only grow to about the size of a pea and if conditions are right the population can become quite large. The link below might help.
