I was there today and was pleasantly surprise, the store looks much better
and their fish prices are great, I saw a 4"-5"sailfin tang for $30
and the people there were really nice, very helpfull

what kind of salifin????
and looks much better.. compared too.... how long has it been sence you were there? dont want to start to bash just would like the info..

I also heard of some past rumors, but like anything, am willing to go in with an open mind and check them out. Customer demands typically shape business, so I plan to make a stop in there over the weekend to see how business is doing. ;)

ummm, I went there today too??, and well I don't have anything nice to say so I will just shut.........

I was with Raphael as we were pricing out acrylic at TAPS and have to agree that they had a lot of nice fish for pretty cheap. I also talked to the owner who was really nice. They didn't have much in the way of corals but were expecting a shipment friday afternoon. The tang Raphael mentioned was a Red Sea sailfin tang and it was about 5 inches long for 30 bucks. That's a steal!!

DANG!!
What time were you guys there?

I was at TAP getting some materials for my overflow box on my new setup, and then went over to Pet Connection TOO!!
haha!!

Like Paul said:
Red Sea sailfin tang ( nice and healthy looking, if I didn't have one allready, I would have bought it)

compared to how it was before, cleaner store, healthier fish, nicer people
last time I was there was over a year and a half ago(well, maybe two years)

hope this helps
you should stop by some time :D

Jay is the owner of the store. He has been trying to do some update the fish area and is making progress. Like all of us know, it just takes time to get the things done the way we want.
