Anyone been there in the past few days. I called tonight but Kenny wasn't there. I want to get my nephew a nano for xmas, but the girl that answered gave me a price on the new ones. I'm sure he has some in the back scratch and dent section. I'm not a cheapo but we've got a huge family so to drop $200 on one nephew would definitely put a dent in the budget. Plus I could get one cheaper thru Dr Foster and Smith.

Anyone see anything?

Thanks

I was there today but did not look.If you should try to catch him first thing in yje morning like say 8:30.If not let me know I will try to stop during the day and check for you....scott

Weaver, I didn't get a chance to call, if you get a chance to stop in that'd save me 3 hours in my truck and about $75 in gas. Let me know if you hear/see anything. Planning on heading out Fri am. Traffic shouldn't be too bad on the Friday before Xmas....

Capt, Sorry I did not get back to you earlier just one of them days lol. I did not make it down there but I did text Kenny and he said he has 57 nanos in the scratch and dent. He said he has them from 120.00 upto 175.00.Hope this atleast helps you good luck...Scott

Yeah dude!

That's what I'm lookin for. Appreciate it tremendously!!!

Probably gonna make the drive.

Any Idea what time they open?

Ya know, I saw that Dr Foster and Smith had the aquapod 24 on sale for $178. Kenny wanted $172 for scratch and dent 29gal Nano cubes. Add in gas for a Dodge Ram and tolls.....

I just ordered the AP24 for my nephew and had it shipped to him.

Thanks for the help anyways Scott!

i found out if you talk to kenny and tell him you are associated with upstate reef he knocks off 15/20% i know him pretty good and he did that when i was there for a guy buying a 120 gallon tank. and on my clown tang he took off 10 bucks. just for future thought. i like to send him business and plug when ever i can. anyhow enjoy the nano, hope it doesnt crack during shipping from PA...

That will be for my nephew to deal with, but thanks for the tip. I'll be sure to tell him to fresh water test it in the basement. Hopefully the little turd will be appreciative!

As for Kenny, I still plan to run out there and grab some smaller tanks. I wish I had known about the URS discount when I bought my 180 and my 75sump tank. I still got amazing deals on them. He was great. Held the tank for me for 2 weeks til I could get there. Sure it was filled with dirt and kitty litter, but that's the beauty of the place. Diamonds in the rough.
