Ph controller 7070/2 used with eletric valve..Help me please..

Hello, first of all sorry for my bad english.
Iââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢m here for asking u help about the Ph controller 7070/2. I had it and mesure the ph into the calcium reactor, actually I bought the Switched socket outlet 7075.12 for control an electric-valve that need for open and close the Co2 that arrive in the reactor, I plug this valve (not a tunze struments) with the 7075.12, but it strange that process, because the valve is always close and only when I adjust the value with the wheel like a value pf PH under the 6 it let the C02 pass.. and that wrong for my work.
I need that the controller say to the socket to open the eletric valve when the Ph, for exmple in reactor is 6.2, get over that value like 6.3 and let the Co2 pass for get down the ph value.
Hope someone can help meââ"šÂ¬Ã‚¦. And most important understand what I wroteââ"šÂ¬Ã‚¦ LOL

what u mean?
is there an error on the witched socket? I need to replace it? hope the Tunze can change that to me in garantee

I would take it to a dealer if possible but yes, it sounds like the relay is the wrong type, if it is less than 2 years old it should be warranty. The best would be if a dealer had another unit to test it before you send it in.
