PH is low?

Pic of tank and equipment would be helpful , I've see ph probes act weird next dcpumps and things like that, isolate your wire away from everything, Is the tank grounded, If not ground it to the apex and make sure apex is grounded and the outlet is grounded all pumps lights ECT very. Very important. Cheap extension cords with no grounds is a quick no.

In skimmer? That won't work with all those bubbles, place it in a calm area, it cant have bubbles in on or around it, if so the probe may have bubbles trapped in it.thsts a real no no

There's no bubbles lol the outlet of the skimmer is on the other side . The probe is in its holder of the sump that holds temp , ph

Probe can be affected buy a device threw the apex, if a pump is failing it can send a ripple or rf , ect,ect threw the eb8 and affect it like that..seen it, done it , live with it , it sucks but that's how it is..

Ato pump maybe, I don't think you should have spikes or dips like that at all , unless your dumping gallons at a time, so saying that something is causing the apex to spike when it activates..

I'm same way, I have to start real low as well, I'm using aquaforest now it's the lowest I can find , kinda neat they send a test paper in box , 7.8 is what last box said, let your chillers do more of the heavy lifting on cooling , backing cooling fans off will reduce it a lot

I run a auto water change, and if I feel the tank is getting to much kalk reactor, usually in the summer, I change a little more water on the apex, just add more time..this should on be a temporary thing when the tank grows out most of all this goes away..
