PH monitor for sale and other stuff

I have a brand new Milwaukee PH monitor, from what ive seen they go for anything in between 85 and a 100 bucks. Im asking 60 and i also still have a 40breeder for 50 bucks(brand new). Also i have a bunch of live sand i am getting rid of from my old 125, its free but if you would like to give me a small frag of some sort it would be appreciated!
