PH Probe- Different Brands?

Does anyone have any experience with the different brands of PH probes? Will generics work on a AC jr? and has anyone ever used the bulk reef supply PH probes?

I know that on the Digital Aquatics controllers it doesn't matter what brand of probe you use just so long as it has a BNC connector on it. I would imagine that the Neptune controllers are the same, but I don't know for sure. The Octopus controllers must use the Aquadyne probes. I would post on the Neptune forum and ask there.
