Did we all get close to the same amount of polyps? Guess that doesn't matter. My real question is can we all get pics up and do a friendly growth thread on these?
I'd like to see how they grow and what rates they grow given our different systems?

I picked up 2 and a baby about a month ago from Phil. If you guys pallobi and pjb do run a grow out I'd like to jump in. I may have a bump or two starting out to grow off the base of my frag.

A grow out thread would be awesome. And we can all track our photos. We should just do it here, and keep given Phil some props on such a wonderful mother colony. These polyps used to sell for 50 to 60 bucks a polyp just a few years ago. Sometimes more. People like Phil helping to make a beautiful polyp available to his fellow hobbyists regularly and much cheaper. Good job dude. I'll be more than happy to track my own progress here too.

pjp9166 The zombie eyes are a bit slow to open but Zoas take a while to start to go good in my tank. I am pumped with them though.

ya im down to post grow out pics here I have 3 heads 1 seems to be almost falling off the plug tho so hope it sticks. They all seem very healthy tho lets see who grows the fastest!!! Mine will be growing in a biocube 14 with Rapid led lighting (6 royal blue 6 neutral white Dimmable) Maxijet 900 with Hydor flo outlet, Fluval CP2 powerhead.
At what intervals should we post pics?

Ok first pics. Received from Phil April 27th meeting.

Date: 05/01/14
30 gal hex lit with a modified Taotronics white/blue dimmable. Modified to be full spectrum.
Nitrates .25
Phosphate 0.08
Calcium 430
Alk 9
Salinity 1.026

With top off water at night Calcium will be 440. Alk will be 10 and salinity will be just over 1.025. This is how I consistently run my tank.

My parameter are a good old 29 G tank with T5HO (1 10,000k 1 420nm Actinic).
Salinity:1.026
Calcium: 480-500
dKH: 7*
Nitrates: less than 20ppm
Phosphate: less than 20ppm

I use Coralife Salt, and do a 3-5 gallon weekly water change.
