Lots of brown alge and brown of Sps, is this a phos problem? No phos test kits at lfs, what's your opinion

your algae growth, and SPS colors should tell you its values.
for example, brown SPS = high.

Do small regular water changes until you can get a test kit and get the nutrient levels down. Def. one sign of high phosphates and nitrates, but lighting and flow also play a big part with both of these. What are you using for lighting and flow?

Test your alkalinity as well. too high will result those problems as well.

Order test kits, hard to tell without water levels. Could be many things, but you need to test the water.
