Phosban warning - possible fish death

There's a new warning inside every bottle of phosban. It says that if phosban is placed in an area of high flow it could be ground up and enter the tank causing harm to fish.

I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this problem.
Personally, I think the sump on the 80 gallon is calm enough that this would not happen, but I'm still a bit weary.

I would think it's a warning about not letting the fish eat the stuff

I have noticed the Phosban does work it's way out of my reactor
and gets into my grow-out tank
I don't understand how, the flow isn't that great through it
but it does happen

I had the same problem so now I use the filter bag that the phosban comes with and rubber band it to then end of the tubing.

Never heard of it killing fish but have seen lots of problems with it killing sps corals, including in my tank.
