Photo Comp rules

Are there any rules for the photo comp posted somewhere? I have seen the instructions for photo size etc posted at the top of the current comp, but I was surprised to see pics of huge ocean sharks posted in the April predator comp. I assume these pics were taken by scuba diving members, brave scuba diving members. So it is not limited to pics of fish in aquaria?

It's a contest where the winners are chosen via voting. It's up to the person voting to determine how well the images represents the contest theme. If you'll notice the results, things take care of themselves.
