The big ones are around 5" or so. I was thinking 3" was big, but a 5" one is about 5X as big as a 2.5-3" (so much longer and taller). I'd never seen one bigger than around 3"... The big uns are about 1.5-2X the size of the Christmas wrasse I had (from the swap, via Angela).
