the anome still isnt attaching hios foot to the substrate or live rock..ive never had this issue,he is open and seems happy and not wandering but im not sure if this is something to worry about

Did u check out the foot before introducing it? was the foot healthy?
when was the nem introduced? how are ur parameters and lighting?

BTA's like to be on rocks so maybe try placing it on one...
