Looks like they finally stopped spawning on the frogspawn it self? With rotifers I keep one bucket in the garage with a heater and a second in the garage without a heater. The one without gets all the way down to 40 degrees some nights and only tops out around 55/60.
The one advantage to that bucket is that it only needs to be fed once a day (sometimes once every two days), doesn't need to be topped off barely at all, and doesn't need very much in terms of water changes.
It definately produces much slower, but at this point I really only need one bucket to supply enough rotifers for my fry tank. In many ways it gives me a solid back up if the main rotifer bucket crashes for some reason.

I'm about to put something together on the Xmas Onyx offspring. They are 10 days post hatch and looking pretty good. I'm just very wary of taking flash pictures and messing with their lighting too much before meta.

The clutches are finally starting to get huge again. The female figured out that she can lay on the new base rock that I attached to the frogspawn and she isn't trying to jam her body in that confined space between the branches. I have several dozen fry from last weeks hatch but I think this is going to be the first clutch that really has successful numbers that will end up having some interesting offspring later this summer. Hatch should be next Wednesday.

Yup. Been busy with several clutches. I have some cute platinums and picassos that just hit 3 weeks that already have their color. I tried taking some video the other day but there really wasn't enough light to get a good image. I'll try and do an update later this week with some pics and video under better lighting.

What is your salinity at? And temperature set at?

1.022 and 80 degrees
Lower salinity is for the rotifers, higher temperature is for increased metabolism and growth of the offspring.
