Pick a time to visit Dr. Mac's

We're trying to get a group together for another trip down to Dr. Mac's (Pacific East Aquaculture). For any of you who haven't been it's an awesome place with beautiful aquacultured corals, unique in the Northeast, and they always treat us great when we go down. We have carpooled in the past for a couple of day trips. Vote for any and all days (all are Saturdays) that you would like to go on the trip.

It's real easy Ken, when you go to start a new thread you just pick that you want a poll attached to it (checkbox at the bottom) and then after you post a message it lets you make the poll. Go try it out, we can vote for like how high everyone's electric bill is or something!
I don't think I'm going to be able to make this trip unfortunately, unless maybe it's in May...

So far 4/21 looks like the only day w/ a reasonable # of people... Just as a benchmark about 1/2 the people who planned to make it last time were unable to for one reason or another.

I did not put my vote in and actually my vote would count twice. Not that I'm better then you guys or anything like that, lol, just my gf would be coming along with me. April 21st looks like the date. Tbor or Kaptken can you see if this date might be good with Dr. Mac himself?

4/21 is sounding good to me too. I will give the Doc a call and check it with his schedule. are we quite sure it doesn't conflict with exams or anything else like that?

Works good for me. I luckily have an easy semester so regardless if there was a major exam near by, which I don't think there is, I would still be going. I had Steph, my gf, check her date book as well.

What time is everybody going? I live right off 13 about 1/2 hour from there so I would want to meet you guys on the way. In fact, you could stop off and see my tank if you wanted. I have a bunch of green star polyp frags to trade or give away too. I probably have enough for everybody. I would love to trade for some xenia....

That's a nice Idea DG, it would probably work best to stop at your place for tour and GSP on the way home. We will probably try to leave up here about 9 AM this time. 2 hour ride, gets us there about opening time. It takes a while to properly browse and choose and pack the goodies. and talk to the Doc. then you can lead those of us who have time to stop by, and show us the way. as usual , in any group thing, schedules vary. and some will no doubt, need to scurry home.

Oh, i should be able to make a xenia frag for you. the GSP you gave me last time is doing fine. Nice stuff!! Is a POM POM type xenia ok?

do you know the way to Doctor Mac's? Or should we plan to meet you at some prominant place on Rt 13. something easy to spot.
