pick my fish

This lady!

Really would like to see some more people try a shoal of red spot cardinal fish. They are similar to tetras in freshwater. I think they would look really good in a reef if kept well.

Bellus or Wantanabei pair if you like smaller angels or a majestic or emperor if you like bigger angels. Possibly a blue throat or sargassum trigger, crosshatch if money is no object. The Ora yellow cleaner gobies are one of my favorite fish, and it is always fun to see my tangs and parrot get cleaned by them

I would suggest a lubbocks fairy wrasse or even a group of them. Beautiful, peaceful and inexpensive. You do need to add them early as they are pretty inoffensive.

so the list has come about what do you think

5-7 Blue Green Chromis

anything else you can suggest

By banana wrasse do you mean thalassoma lutescens? These guys are recommended for fish-only tanks. They're pretty aggressive, and at a minimum, will eat your shrimp.

I would also choose one pair of clowns. You might get lucky, but mostly trying to keep more than one pair ends badly.
