I have seen The BM it looket like if flick it would brack.Ok the reef flo is a way biger skimmer and you did not say any thing about reefflo in the first post.the orca with what 3 pumps?

Yeah I would love to have the reeflo but we are talking about abit more in cost. I like the euro180 I am just not sure about it on a 180-215 gallon tank.
Also I would prefer an eheim pump. Right now I have a Deltec on one tank that has the aquabee. Great little pump I just think an eheim would out last it.

For 180-215,the rc 180 wont do if heavly stocket.I would get the DAS EX-3.Any skimmer with 2xEheim is going to cost more the $800.

For what you want to spend I would go with Orca at protein skimmer.com.He builds some nice skimmers for a very good price.

I think an RC250 would be a great skimmer, RC180 isn't going to cut it, but I think the ATI BM skimmers are a much better value. The crappy build on the ATI skimmers is pretty much a thing of the past, they have gone through many revisions since they came out because of complaints and ATI has stuck with the customers and made the necessary changes to most of the models now. ReefGeek would back you 100% if you got a bad one.

Titanfan is looking for a RC skimmer.I have had in sump skimmers and after geting a RC135,i will never get another insump skimmer.
RC skimmers have more contacket time and are cleaner setup.

I have never heard anyone complain about their H&S. I have an in sump model and love it AF150 I think. I would encourage you to look into them at finsreef.com

The BM is internal and the build quality it not that bad, not as good as an ER that is true, but not bad. The BM250 will still pull more skimmate than an ER RC180. The reeflow was in the original post. The Orca has three H3 pumps, each pulling around 800 lph, so 2400 lph on a 12 inch body that is 32 inches tall compared to 960lph on an 8 inch body that is 24 inches tall, there is really no comparison and they cost about the same. You could probably ditch the H3 pumps and use 2 eheims for around the same cost (but less air draw).

No need to apologize.I know the BM is insump my budy has one.Euroreef is in my book, one of top 5 out of box skimmer company's.
