You should get him a girlfriend. I think I saw my Red one doing that last night. I hope they multiply in my tank and am curios to see what colors come out of that.

Thank you! Tank is a 180 gallon. Yes, the rock flower anemone is right in the middle of a colony of xenia - and it doesn't seem to bother them. For the first few days they closed their polyps right up but after that initial reaction have been seemingly unaffected. At times the lta and the rock flowers are touching also - and neither seem to mind it at all.

Where can I get some of those red flower anemones? When I order flower anemones from the Wholesaler I only get broun and tan, and maybe green.

Try liveaquaria and coralmorphologic.

Nice, I grew one of these out from about 1/8 by 1/8 to roughly 3-4 in. in diameter.

I still want an exotic one though. The alternating skirts ones are sweet!

Those are great! I have a green, an orange, and one with pink and white tips. What are the conditions needed to induce spawning? I had it happen once a long time ago but not since then.
