Pics of my stuff!

Here are some pics of my corals and tank! Thought you all would enjoy. The pics were taken full light, no flash, with 3x250w MHs and 360w VHOs. I'm still striving to get colors back on some my stonies. Hope you enjoy! Oh yeah, I threw in a couple extra pics that I thought were cool too.

Very Nice. I like the first and last best! :)

Thanks a lot! That last one is my favorite too! It's actually starting to grow back now on the tips - if you noticed some are fleshless still. Before I went BB I think it was too close to SEIO PH (that I had before the streams) and it just blew of the flesh. It's been through a lot, let me tell you.

Have an i.d. on the first one?

Sorry no, I'm still a newbie at IDs on different stonies. I'm getting better but it's just an acro of some type to me. I'd love to know if anyone else does.

Nice tank! Did you get those as frags or small colonies?

Whiskey

Thanks Whiskey! All small colonies. I usually don't buy frags. Just being patient now about getting some of their colors back, doing whatever I can to keep them happy.

MIKE NY - Thanks a lot!

elephen - You're right. They are responding to the BB much better then when I had sand. All seemed to be on a slow decline. Now, I've noticed regrowth over dead areas. I am very happy with my BB....lot of work still right now though. I could siphon piles one minute and they'd be back again the next. Still shedding I guess. Thanks!!

just wondering why there is a heater in the display since you have a sump

and nice tank too

Tim

Thanks! The heater is too long to fit in the sump. So I have one on each side. Usually hidden behind the rocks but the stream is blowing it upwards like that.

ahh i see, time to get some smaller heaters. i like the new stealth heaters that are out, they are not glass and are all black, pretty slick looking
