Is that GSP right on your main rocks? If so do you want that to go crazy and grow like weeds on your main rocks????
 
i have some small frags of it on my main rocks. the big piece on the left came on the rock it's on. not sure what i'm going to do with/about it yet. i think it looks really cool but i think your right it could get to be too much. this is my first SW tank so i'm not sure what to expect.
 
They CAN take over rocks with the QUICKNESS, I have mine in the corner of the tank on a separate rock away from others to control its growth.
 
i have one piece that is a clump on top of what i believe to be a old dead stony. it's pretty cool i figured on keeping that and i could trim it if it was growing too much.
