Pics of the new 210g Upgrade

I got really lucky and found the custom tank I was looking for on CL 2 blocks from my home. Its a custom 84"x24"x24" with a corner overflow. I had the stand and canopy custom built by a local reefer and he did a great job. Unfortunately I had to do the tank transfer from my old 175 to the new tank in 1 day. But I had a few weeks to plan everything out and it worked out great. Here is a quick cell phone shot of the tank after 2 days. I went with a more minimalist aquascape as I wanted more swimming room for the fish. The shorter height made that easier and was so much easier to work in as well. I will take and post up more pics later tonight.

Filtration:
-54g Rubbermaid sump with a SRO 3000.
-9"x13' ATS.
-Triton 4 1050gph return (may need to upgrade for more flow, have to wait and see)
-2 MP40's

Old 175g bowfront tank (72"x 24"x27"):

The new tank looks very nice. Now you can set up the bowfront somewhere else in the house and have two tanks. It just doesn't get much better than that!

Ya know... I was going through my subscribed threads (USERCP link in top left corner below the Reef Central image) and Isaw that this thread was not read... Hummm..

I did not think the sump would look like that. I figured a acrylic sump all decked out.

Then I stopped...

A sump is what works, not what is full of bells and whistles.

A few questions on it.

How is the spray from the ATS? (After posting this and looking again, is that a plastic bag over it cut in 1/2? nice...)
Much detrius problems? or is something in there to help?
What is the water level in there? I mean the right side, it was hard to turn/angle the monitor down and look inside.
What is your flow? Rated vs what you think it is pushing.

rated is 1050 i am prob pushing 600-700

Nice tank and cool option on the sump. Like worm said a sump is what works, or as we call it where I am from, balling on a budget. Nice trade off. I think you got the better deal.

that 210 is amazing I love the hood and stand they really give it a wicked feel, I am going to be attempting something like this for the first time I hope it turns out. What are you using for lighting?
