Salt Creep
I was bored, so I figured I'd try and take some pics with just the powerbrites on. After messing around with the settings a little, I think these came out pretty good. It's extremely hard to get the white balance set using actinic light with a p&s. Let me know what you think. Feel free to post all your pics too.:artist:

Looking good. I like the zoa garden. Looks like you have some nice sps growth. Interested in how you're going to aquascape as well when you have all those corals encrusted on the rocks?

so did you take that pic with a point and shot or DSLR? i can't seem to get my point and shoot to take good pics with my blues on. all i see is blue on all the pics.

Bill, are those my King Midas?

Of course brother....
Nice Bill. How long do you run the Reef Brights during the day? Also how are you going to reaquascape?

Around 11hrs. Dan, I have already removed several rocks. It is really hard to notice unless you have seen my tank in person. I now have an open area where I will be putting more clams and acans, a garden if you will;)

Looks like you must've taken this the wrong way:confused: Someone asked you the same question about how you were going to aquascape and all I was wondering was how you were going to take off some of the corals which are encrusted to some of the rock, that's all:wavehand:

I'm starting to get into sps corals and didn't know if the base of the coral encrusts were it's hard to take off..

My mistake:hammer: I'm trying not to take them off. It is really hard unless you cut/break the rock apart. A lot of my SPS are covering a 3" or more area of the rock. I'm just turning and/or shuffling some of the rocks around. It seems like my ideas for the tank keep changing;)

Yeah, no problem Mev. Thanks for clarifying that. I'm sure you're aquascape will turn out nice.

You got some great colors in your tank. I'm going with a mixed reef tank as well, love the diversity of different corals coexisting together.

Thanks. It's hard to tell from the pic, but there are several caves and tunnels throughout both left and right side islands. They are both separate also, the clams make it look as though it's connected.
