Pictures dont load....Help plz!

Some pictures on ReefCentral dont load up, and for some reason i am not able to get onto www.photobucket.com

The page wont load and IE8 just says that unable to connect to site?

Why would some pictures load and some not on here? Are they from Photobucket and how can i change this? Its really frustrating not able to see other peoples pictures!

Photobucket seems to be working for me at this time. Are you still having problems?

If Photobucket was down while you were trying to view things, then pictures from there wouldn't load. Pictures from other sites, such as Flickr, would still load assuming those sites were up. There's nothing you can do about where other people's images are hosted.

Photobucket hasnt ever loaded on here....I have tried so many times to get to the site and internet explorer just says cant load page, I have checked all the options and cant seem to find why it wont load pictures and the site....

I'm still using IE7. You could always try loading the site in a different browser, like Firefox or Chrome.

I have tried that it still dont work.....I reset router also and went through the settings not sure why its not working....??!

If I were having those problems (can't contact a given site in different browsers), I'd try to ping it (ping photobucket.com) from a command prompt to see if the dns was being resolved and whether the site could be reached. If you can ping the server but not bring the site up, you probably have some setting issue which is preventing it. If you can't even ping the site successfully, you might need to involve your isp in the discussion.

How can i go about and ping it just type in the address in cmd prompts?

start / all programs / accessories / command prompt

then "ping photobucket.com" (no quotes) and press the return key.

I tried pinging the site and said host couldnt be found??!

If the dns cannot be resolved (photobucket.com translated into an ip address like 123.456.789.012), I suggest contacting your isp and informing them of your issue.
