The parrotfish is a Scarus quoyi. The max size is about 20 cm (kinda small actually) and its the only parrotfish that eats algea in nature and harmless in a reeftank. It can be a great addition to a reeftank, minimum size 500/600 liters.
There are HD videos out that were posted Nov 3 '09. They are of his reef tank and NPS tank. I would post a direct link, but it is to another site and I'm not sure if it's allowed. If you type "Pieter HD video" into Google the first two links that come up are the correct ones. They are absolutely incredible.

I have seen this tank several times in various photos and videos, and everytime I see it I fall in love with this hobby all over again. Kudos to all responsible for this amazing piece of living art....
