Pink Birdsnest placement in Nano Cube 28 CF lights?

How many inches below the waterline seem best for a pink birdsnest in a Nano Cube 28 with CF lights. Also, how many hours do you run your lights with a birdsnest?

I would say towards the top. I had some pocci and montis at the top of my pic biocube and they grew pretty good.
