Pink Milka with white patches!!!

Hi!

I purchased this pink milka stylophora from a fellow reefer.
When I got the coral 2 days ago it was in tip-top shape. Perfect polls extension, fantastic colour.

Two days later I noticed 2 "patches" of what seems to be dead tissue.
Should I "trim" the coral and keep only the healthy bits? Or should I just leave it as it is and it might recover?

Definitely leave it alone and let it settle. Messing with it will just make it worse. How are your nutrient levels? Your other SPS seem really dark.

Oh yeah all my SPS are very dark...
nitrates, nitrites & ammonia are 0, phosphates (no kit) but I do run phosguard all the time and I use only RO/DI water to make my water.
Have only 2 fish and feed them very lightly.
I do have alk swings since I don't have a doser and I dose manually.

What is your lighting like? Not important in regards to the new addition but maybe something to consider for your other corals. I do see some stuff on the rocks, so I double your tank is as clean as you think. That said, sand looks great and rocks look relatively clean so overall looks decent.

I use a Giesemann PULZAR Led

My tank is a 16g Nuvo so its fairly small and I suppose (not sure) this light is enough for SPS. I asked the manufacturer for PAR readings but they said they didn't have any yet. The light is new and I paid quite a lot for it!

As you said I do have some algae but not much really. Its a very specific type of algae. I don't know what the name is but it comes off very easy by hand.
I do weekly WC and once a month I will take out some of the small algae patches out.

I don't think 28 watt is enough for sps
