pink tail trigger problem

the first 3 or 4 days he was fine now this can you guys tell me if its ich some times he looks better then others he still eats great and i have been adding garlic to the food,all other fish look fine

How long have you had him? Did you quarantine or just add to the main? It appears to be ich. You will need to treat all fish and leave tank fallow. Please read stickies at the top of the forum. Steve has a lot of great information in them.
