pink tip caught in hydori pump

I just bought my first anemone and he got sucked into the pump. His tentacles are real short now but I think hes alive. I turned the pumps off when I first put him in then turned on the furthest one and it got him. Is there a chance he will survive? How should I care for him now? What do I do about water movement if he does survive?

I didn't know about the picture posting rule. I did take a picture and he looks like hes going to be OK. he's moving around, How do I get him off the glass? what do I DO about water movement? so he doesn't end up in the pump
