Pink Tipped Haitian Reef Anemone

I was looking at getting a Pink Tipped Haitian Reef Anemone for my newly bought clown fish, their about a inch lol. But i want to get a anemone again. The last anemone i had was a rose bubble tip anemone and boy did it get big, but one night my tank crashed for no reason. I lost everything. Is a Pink Tipped Haitian Reef Anemone a good anemone? Tell me some of your experiences with them please. Thanks.

I believe so. I think Haitian pink tip is just a name for a color morph. In general, only pacific anemones host clownfish...there aren't any clowns in the Caribbean or Atlantic!

Green btas are usually cheaper than roses. Keep in mind they still are considered moderately difficult, wander if their needs aren't met, and need a mature tank (most suggest a year).

Another tip, don't be surprised if it takes some time for the clowns to associate with the nem. While btas host just about all clowns that we keep in aquaria, they are not natural hosts for common clowns like percs or occys. Also,if your clowns were tank bred, they may not associate with it at all...they've never needed to.
