Pipe sizing for a 67g-ish (redsea max 250)

Hey all,
Hope I'm in the right forum.

I'm building a new tank, and got stuck on the plumbing... Its an old redsea max 250 that I am about to drill in the back sump for a drain into a sump inside the cabinet.

I've got plumbing from my Old tank. It's charted in mm and not inches, and I think I did the conversion good

And I'm not quite sure if it's enough and I don't want to &#£@ things up.

Drain is durso or bean animal depending on the space I will have,
Thinking doing a 32mm(1 1/4) drain

20mm (3/4) from the return pipe
And a 32mm (1 1/4) escape pipe in case of emergency.

That's the parts I got, all drilled to the bottom of the tank.

Some said that I should get 50mm (2) for the drain and a 25(1) for the return pump, but I don't have. A powerful enughe pump for that diameter and I got plenty of equipment on hand and no budget of buying a new one atm
So of it can work than I'm sticking to that (return is only return, nothing else, I got a bunch of wave pumps)

So my question is
Is a dorso with 32mm (1 1/4) is enguhe or I should do a bean animal with 2 32mm

There will be an escape for sure in both.

Thanks
Gal

25mm or 1 inch would be plenty, but, if it's done already?
Return, I would use the pump outlet size or go up 1 size but not more.
It's only 67 gallons, I run my 250 with 1" plumbing.
A bean requires 3 pipes to the sump, a Herbie only 2.
Durso's get noisy when trying to run anything but a slow flow.

Thanks for the reply
Nothing is done, all in the thinking

But I got 1 1/4 piping and fittings and 3/8 also

I don't want to buy new parts, 2 expensive, rather use the money on somthing else.

So you say if I do a herbie with 2 pipes of 1 1/4 inch pipes I should be OK with flow?
