pipzine and paraguard at the same time?

ime treating clownfish and have read in the faq forum that they always come w/ internal parasites. i am already treating ich w/ paraguard, is it ok to dose w/ pipezine at the same time?

what is paraguard? If it's not a copper treatment, it's likely not doing anything to the Ich at all.
