Im thinking about adding a yellow watchman and tiger pistol to my ten gallon, and I have a few general questions.
Are the tiger, randalli and candy pistols the three most commonly available goby/pistol shrmips? Will all of these bond with all of the shrimp gobies or are they species specific? What is the maximum size of these three pistols? Max. size of possible gody mates? What is the minimum tank size for a grown shrimp and goby pair? Would 2in sand bed be enough for thier burrow? Would fine grain sand be enough if provided with various sizes of rubble and shells? Would the liverock need to be seated on the glass of the bottom of the tank or could the LR be held up by acrylic dowels? Would it be likely for a rockslide if the LR was just sittin ontop of the sand?
