Pistol Shrimp Question please weigh in!

From the researching I have done it can take a little while before a gobie or goby pair will pair up with the shrimp but I sure at some point they will. Diamond Gobies have some pretty large mouths but they may not bother that pistol shrimp and as long as the little fella is getting plenty to eat he will grow pretty quickly.
