Placement help

I just bought 2 clams; a 6" golden teardrop maxima and a 4" "super grade" crocea.

Accounting for the sandbed, my tank is 30" tall. The lights are suspended 5" from the water. The center is lit by 2 x 400w ushio 14k in lumenmax reflectors. the outer (L & R) is lit by 2 x 250w xm 10K in lumenmax reflectors (planning on upgrading to 400w soon when it becomes neccessary). 750g.

Where should I place these guys?

well, both maxima and crocea are very high light demanding clams. Start them out on the sandbed and move them up slowly, days or weeks even. ending on the mid to upper part of your rockwork.

can we get pic's of the clams and your tank?

you have lots of room up top thats where these clams would love to be
