Plating Coraline?

Sorry, i could not find a 'Coraline' or 'Algae' section so asking here.

Just had the brush out to clear up the rocks/corals from the algae outbreak caused over the 14 hr power outage and die off we experienced last week.

All looking cleanish now apart from some areas i left for the snails to graze on...

And noticed what could possibly be plating Coraline algae and just want a second, third, forth opinion before i take the brush to it...

Pretty much looks like this (not solid though) and smaller.

It's definitely hard to tell from that picture, but if it's not Coralline algae, both Lobophora & Padina algae are worth checking out.

Hard to say. I have plating coraline algae in my DT and sump. The plates don't get much bigger than an inch or so and mine are very deep purple and quite thin and easy to break. But it does tend to grow in bunches like the image you posted.

Padina (thanks for mentioning) i see underwater of here previously and introduced some to the tank, but it broke down, so no not this.
