Playing with the idea of building a tucson reef website

I personally like some thing with reefaholics in it :) its on my signature. but I am really happy with whatever we decide.



If anyone has a tank bio and pics they want to send me I can put into a beta site. Pm me and I'll send you my email.

I have good macro equipment for reef spotlights.

Personally I think OPR is cool...or InchesOfOcean, which made me literally LOL.

I've done more HTML, CSS, Javascript than I care to remember Josh, so let me know if you have any questions. FWIW, for a small org like this, the best bet would be to buy & customize a HTML/ CSS sheet template. Or if you want to get some really interesting design work for relatively cheap, pool some club money together and set up a contest on a site like 99designs.com
 
Wow...never mind 99designs. You use to be able to run free contests, or contests with mush smaller payouts. Looks like the lowest you can go for a website now is $599.

I put a couple people from here on there for reef bio examples if this bothers you let me know Brett/Jeff.

If you would like you own page and are a reef central regular let me know and Ill put you on under more
 
Other things we could do is have reef club corals. We could donate or buy a rare frag, grow it out and split it, auction it, what have you

Also. A monthly editorial, like how to carbon dose or lighting types pros and cons.

The site is cool. Great idea. I'd love to be able to post pics and write about tank experience for others to read.

I appreciate it but I don't write HTML or other code. The program I'm using doesn't have as much flexibility but it makes it easy enough for me to put it together.
