Please critique my upgrade plan

I plan on upgrading from a 75 to 180 and next to the new location for the tank is a closet 6'x2' that I plan to use for my equipment. I was planing on plumbing a sump fuge with dsb and a frag tank all in line. Please take a look at my sketch and let me know what you think. Also please suggest a return pump that will work for this set up.

Thanks in advance Dan

1) Get the RDSB out of the fuge. That is not a good location for it and would be a pain to service if the sandbed starts giving you problems.
2) What is the goal of the refugium? You need to decide this before you put anything in there as different goals have different considerations.
3) The frag tank and refugium can theoretically be in the same tank, no need for separate ones.
4) You would do well not to run ALL the return through the refugium, especially if you want critters to breed in there.

You would do well to lay this out on graph paper.

HTH,

Thanks Rocket For the reply

1 I was considering a 5gal bucket rdsb between the fuge and frag tank and will go back to that.

2 the fuge was to hold Cheteo and pods

3 for the frag tank and fuge to be in one do you separate it with something like eggcrate??

4 to accomplish this would I just T off the return line to slow flow through the fuge?

Thanks again
